By booking with Hey Lovers CBR you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Booking deposit

  • A non-refundable booking fee of $200 is payable within 7 days of your Invoice Date to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the Booking Fee is received, or remittance advice is provided via email. In the case of non-payment of the booking fee within the 7 day time frame, your date will become open to other bookings.

  • Receipt of your booking fee is confirmation of your booking, and Hey Lovers CBR will not take any other bookings on that date. We sell out most weekends well in advance, so it is a good idea to secure your date as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

  • The remaining payment is due 30 days before the ceremony date. Services will not be rendered unless payment is made in full before your wedding date.

Change of package 

  • You are able to change the package that you have selected after you have paid the deposit, up to 30 days before your ceremony. You are able to upgrade your package up to 24 hours before your ceremony, pending availability.

Payments

  • All payments are final. There are no refund on payments made to Hey Lovers CBR.

  • There is a direct payment link on the invoice sent to your email.

The Shoot

  • It is the client's responsibility to secure relevant permissions + access to areas for content shooting. Hey Lovers CBR will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.

  • Hey Lovers CBR will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, technical issues with equipment from other vendors, interference from guests, etc.

Vendor Meals

  • If our team is covering your reception it is mandatory to provide a vendor meal for every Hey Lovers CBR team member. Vendor meals should be served at a similar time to the guests’ meals to ensure coverage is not missed during key moments of the reception.

 

Post-Production

  • We offer no free re-edits, however in the unlikely event that there is an error that is the fault of the editor (e.g. a typo) we will fix this mistake free of charge. Additional re-edits will incur an editing fee of $110/ hour (inc GST) which will be quoted before work is started.

  • Hey Lovers CBR is not held responsible for any loss or corruption of photo files or video footage, however a full refund will be given in this event, or, a refund to the proportion of footage lost.

  • Turn-around time for content is 48 hours, film photography 3 weeks, camcorder footage 4 weeks. You will be given an Estimated Delivery time in writing shortly after you wedding, however delivery by this date is an estimate only, and may change. Hey Lovers CBR are not bound by estimated delivery dates.

Artistic Style & Creative Control

  • The client acknowledges that Hey Lovers CBR produces work in its unique and established signature style. The Client agrees that all creative decisions, including but not limited to image selection, curation, composition, and editing style, are at the sole discretion of the creative team. By entering into this agreement, the Client confirms their trust in the professional judgment of the creative team and accepts that such creative decisions are final.

Delivery

  • Hey Lovers CBR will deliver all edited photo and video files via an online gallery delivered to the client address provided by the client.

  • It is the client's responsibility to download and back up all files after delivery - we advise that you do this immediately to keep back up on your own device.

Exclusivity

  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that there are no non-competes with other vendors (such as photographers and videographers) that could hinder the service.

  • Hey Lovers CBR shall be the exclusive Content Creator for the purposes of the wedding and will have the exclusive right to enlist and direct assistance and or subcontractors.

Copyright

  • All final footage and edits are the work, and therefore the property, of Hey Lovers CBR. Your final film, photographs and footage may not be used for commercial use without additional fees paid + the express, written consent of Hey Lovers CBR.

  • All or part of the content produced may be used for promotional purposes by Hey Lovers CBR. If you wish to exclude video or images from being used you can purchase exclusive rights to the content from Hey Lovers CBR for $500 (inc GST).

Contract

  • Hey Lovers CBR reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this event all monies paid will be refunded in full.
