Your Questions, Answered

  • We suggest booking ASAP to ensure your date is available. We are sometimes able to do a last minute booking, however we cannot guarantee availability. Shoot your shot and we will try to make it happen!

  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This can be paid in via the invoice sent to your nominated email. Your date is not booked until we receive your deposit.

  • Of course! Cozzie lives is tough and we want to ensure you are able to have your dream day. Payment schedules will be agreed upon before hand and outlined in the contract.

  • We are based in Canberra, Australia. Having your wedding outside of Canberra? We are happy to travel! Travel costs will be discussed and outlined in the contract.

  • For any cancellations we require 2 months notice in writing to receive a full refund (minus $200 non refundable deposit). If you need to cancel with less than 2 months notice, that’s okay. You will only receive a partial refund.

  • We aim to get your content to you within 24 hours. However, if there is any delay we will contact you via email immediately with a new timeframe.

  • Absolutely! We get that being on social media is not everyone’s cup of tea. We will just need to know who does not want to be in front of the camera and we will make sure they are comfortable.

    For children - As a general rule, we do not put children in our content unless explicitly requested. However they may be seen in the background, or, wider group shots. We respect the wishes of parents for not wanting their children shown on social media. We kindly ask that you reach out to any parents with children in attendance and let them know that a content creator will be there with the aim of putting the content on social media.
